ESTABLISHED in 1988 as BCAT (Black Communities AIDS Team)

RENAMED in 2008 as Black Health Initiative (BHI)

REVITALISED in 2011

Black Health Initiative exists to primarily work with African and African Caribbean Communities as well as other marginalised Communities in addressing and challenging their inequalities in health. 

 

 

BHI aims to develop interventions that enable service users to make positive lifestyle choices in relation to their health and well-being.
